DEMOCRACY

 Democracy is a form of government in which most of the countries have accepted today. The word Democracy is derived from the Latin word Demos and cratos, demos means the people and the cratos means the  power so democracy means the rule of the people. As a governmental form its long back to the Greek period they define s it is the rule of the people by themselves . But the father of the political science Aristotle considered it as a perverted form, in his view polity is the best form of government which is not suited to the contemporary populous state.Democracy can be divided into two
      1. direct democracy
      2. indirect democracy
                   Direct democracy means the people have directly take part in the administration procedure. Indirect democracy means the people have participate the administration through representatives. Now the direct democracy is only seen in Switzerland.
